Terms and conditions for Business2Online services

These terms describe the general basis on which website enquiries, service discussions, and marketplace support work are handled.

Service scope and responsibility

  • Service scope is defined through the website, call discussions, messages, or a separate proposal before work starts.
  • Marketplace platforms remain responsible for their own approvals, account decisions, policies, and enforcement outcomes.
  • Business2Online provides support and execution assistance, but does not guarantee approvals, rankings, reinstatements, or commercial outcomes.

Client responsibilities

  • Clients should provide accurate business information and timely inputs needed for onboarding, listings, or operational support.
  • Seller account access should only be shared when required for an active, client-authorized workflow.
  • Clients remain responsible for the final review of any important business or marketplace decision taken on their account.

Billing and commercial terms

  • Pricing may be shown publicly for standard service models, but final scope and commercial terms can vary based on platform, catalog size, and support requirements.
  • GST and any other applicable taxes are added where required.
  • Any invoice, payment schedule, refund position, or cancellation terms should be confirmed in writing before work begins.
